The objective of the PROSOA Rural project is “Fostering the promotion of social and civic competences in educational centers in rural areas to encourage in young people an entrepreneurial spirit focused on the generation of local development initiatives that cover the needs of the environment where they live, preserving and promoting Cultural Heritage and Traditions.”
In September, the Training Week took place in Larissa, Greece, at IED Headquarters. There, the exercises of each module created by the partners were tested and evaluated.
PROSOA Rural Project has still 7 months till its end. Now, the most important part of the project has started.
The project is still running and it has achieved several milestones:
- The training module I – Active participation in Local culture is already fully developed. The theory and the exercises have been defined and finished.
- The training module II- Social Entrepreneurship and Cultural Heritage is also finished.
- The first piloting phase with educators is being carried out in all the partner countries.
